Uploading Your Listing to Rental Beast
Upload your rental listing into Rental Beast through the “My Listings” tab within the Broker Portal. During the upload process you will input address information, specific listing information, description, listing photos, showing information, and choose if this listing is syndicated to Rental Beast partner websites to drive lead generation.
Step by step:
- Log into the Rental Beast Broker Portal (www.rentalbeast.com).
- Click on the “My Listings” tab.
- Click “Add a New Listing”.
- Follow the onscreen prompts and submit listing information.
- On step “5. Notes & Settings” you will choose where and how this listing is viewed. Ensure “Syndication” is checked so your listing is sent to the Facebook Marketplace.
- Click “Submit”.
Already see your listing within the “My Listings” section? With some of our MLS partnerships, we are able to load this automatically for you. In this case, we recommend a quick review to make sure all the listing info is to your liking. If you need to change any listing information, make the change in your MLS.
Top Agent Tip:
Our studies indicate that using 10 or more high quality pictures will increase lead flow for a property, so make sure you upload great looking photos!
Activating your Custom Rentals Page
Your Rentals Page is a full blown custom rental website that can be used to market your exclusive rental listings. Any clients (or potential clients!) who visit your Rentals Page will be able to search through your listings and can “save” or “schedule a showing” for a particular listing. Their information will then be immediately sent back to you in the form of a lead. Don’t worry about accepting them, you will auto-accept any leads generated on your Rentals Page.
