How to Find Virtual Showing Properties

Many properties have started to offer virtual tour options for interested tenants. The virtual tour options vary from property to property, with some being as advanced as a tenant controlled 3D listing and floor-plan walkthroughs to something more simple like a prerecorded listing video. If the tenant is still interested in the property after viewing the virtual tour offerings, some properties are foregoing in-person showings all together and are scheduling face-to-face virtual listing walkthroughs using FaceTime, Zoom or Skype.

Agents using Rental Beast don’t have to worry about determining which properties have virtual tour capabilities. An agent can filter the Rental Beast database to find the properties that are allowing virtual tours and even filter for listings that have a virtual tour link. Filtering for Virtual Showing Enabled Properties

It differs from property-to-property and state-to-state, but many property owners are virtualizing their rental listing for easier access to interested tenants. Easily search the Rental Beast database for these properties below.

Filtering by properties that allow virtual showings:

  1. Log into Rental Beast (www.rentalbeast.com).
  2. Click on the “Search” tab.
  3. Input the desired search criteria.
  4. Click the “Virtual Showings” dropdown and select “Yes”.
  5. Click the blue “Search” button.

Filtering by properties that have a virtual link:

  1. Log into Rental Beast (www.rentalbeast.com)
  2. Click on the “Search” tab.
  3. Input the desired search criteria.
  4. Click the “Virtual Showings” dropdown and select “Yes”.
  5. Check the box next too “Has a Virtual Tour URL”.
  6. Click the blue “Search” button.

 

Viewing a Property’s Virtual Showing Instructions

Once you have filtered your properties by those which allow for virtual showings, click into the listing details page for specific virtual showings information. Specific  instructions will differ between properties. Always check these instructions to ensure you and your client are ready for the showing!

To view a property’s virtual showings instructions:

  1. Log into Rental Beast (www.rentalbeast.com)
  2. Click on the “Search” tab.
  3. Input the desired search criteria.
  4. Click the “Virtual Showings” dropdown and select “Yes”.
  5. Click the blue “Search” button.
  6. Access the listing details page.
    1. When in “Detail View”, click on the listing picture.
    2. When in “List View”, click on the listing row.
  7. Look for “Virtual Showing Notes” which will contain virtual showing specific instructions.
