Generating Leads Through Facebook

At our core, Rental Beast is a rental listing database composed of off-MLS listings. Or, in other words… FRBO listings. Think of FSBO (For Sale By Owner) but on the rental side. Every property tagged as “Rental Beast Reviewed” means we talked directly with the owner, landlord, or property manager to ensure the rental is still active and received high quality listing information. This means the listing is not represented by an agent, so you can market these listings to drive lead generation.

Sharing Listings to Facebook

Proactive agents do not wait for leads to come their way. They generate them. Your Facebook Business Page is a great way to keep your client base informed, alert them to new listings, and to engage with them. See the below steps to learn how to post your uploaded listing directly to Facebook. If you haven’t set up a Facebook Business Page, it takes about 5 minutes to do so.

Top Agent Tip:

Pictures are important! Choose listings that have attractive photos that will draw attention to your posting.

Receiving These Leads

Once you have shared listings to your Facebook page, they will be visible to the general public. When an interested lead clicks on the listing, they will be brought to a Rental Beast controlled listing page that purposefully redacts the exact listings address and contact information, ensuring the lead can’t contact the property.

If interested in the rental, the lead will click “Request a showing”, “Save”, or “Share” and they will be prompted to input their contact information. Congratulations! A lead has been generated by your hard work.

Any lead generated on your Facebook posts, will be automatically accepted. You will then receive an email notification that a lead has been generated. You will receive the leads contact information and listing information they inquired about in the email notification. Additionally, this lead will automatically populate under your “Client’s” tab.
