Rental Beast President and Founder, Ishay Grinberg, attended Inman Connect New York 2019 this past week. The week-long event brought together more than 4,000 real estate professionals including agents, CEO’s of real estate franchises, and marketing executives. With featured speakers and tons of panels, it’s where the the real estate industry could meet, collaborate, and learn.
Ishay was a featured speaker on the Brokerage-Vendor Relationship Sponsor Panel. Lending his 15 years of real estate expertise to the conversation, he spoke to the audience about how brokerages interact with vendors and agents. He was joined on stage by Zvi Band of Contactually, Suzanne Mueller of Move/Realtor.com, and Chris Lim of Climb Real Estate.
The panel spoke about brokerages interacting with vendors, how agents can buy in, what kind of support brokerages can offer, and how to efficiently use brokerages. Ishay, experienced as an agent and with brokerages, offered a ton of insight on how to optimize the brokerage/agent relationship.
“Most brokerage firms that we meet are either completely not in the rental business at all or they are but it’s not something they’re focused on… We built product integration and support to allow brokerages to have an in-house, but not in-house, rental division that is robust and effective,” said Ishay during the panel.
Ishay was proud to represent Rental Beast at Inman Connect New York 2019, and share his expertise with real estate industry members. Look for Rental Beast at upcoming Inman Connects, and real estate shows near you.
